Head of Content Operations (1 position)

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications :

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with local content partners and negotiate content acquisition deals.
  • Oversee content centralization on the video platform, ensuring efficient content management.
  • Execute content strategy both online and offline, overseeing visualization, categorization, and maintenance of content on the platform.
  • Initiate and create diverse content within each platform category to meet audience needs, keeping it aligned with market trends.
  • Ensure content is accurately tagged, described, and optimized for search and discovery, enhancing platform visibility.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of team members, providing guidance and support to ensure that project goals are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage content projects from start to finish, coordinating efforts with internal teams (such as marketing, product, etc.) and external partners to ensure timely execution.
  • Analyze market trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to develop and implement content strategies aligned with platform goals.
  • Monitor content performance metrics (e.g., viewership, engagement, retention) and provide data-driven insights to guide future content decisions.
  • Manage user feedback related to content in real-time, ensuring positive engagement and swift resolution of issues.
  • Assist in standardizing and optimizing workflows for content management and troubleshoot any issues that arise throughout the process.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Thai, English, and Chinese.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and innovative problem-solving capabilities.
  • Possess a positive and energetic attitude with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor, guide, and develop team members.
  • Project management expertise, ensuring smooth execution of multiple content projects and initiatives.
  • Decision-making and strategic thinking, able to develop and implement content strategies aligned with business goals.
