Job Responsibilities and Qualifications :

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with partners, brands and agencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Conduct market research and identify new revenue streams.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports on performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital media sales, with a focus on publisher or content-based platforms.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of the Thai digital advertising landscape and digital marketing trends.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
  • Existing connections with key brands and agencies in Thailand.
