Tencent Thailand / Image Future Thailand is currently looking for a candidate for Ad Operation Executive located in Bangkok, Thailand.

Responsibilities:
- Support the TH and SEA sales teams with start to finish management of advertising campaigns including: deal best practices, brief recommendations, setup, troubleshooting, performance monitoring and reporting.
- Help drive strategic relationships with our key DSP, SSP partners through a deep understanding of programmatic advertising.
- Analyse new opportunities and develop strong and effective media planning and optimisation that meets client advertising objectives
- Identify market and executional challenges and develop solutions, ad formats to improve inventory fillrate and yield.
- Able to understand the demand and supply system and to provide accurate forecast.
- Deliver exceptional customer service - respond promptly to agency needs; provide service and assistance & meet commitments. Provide end of campaign reports and insights to sales and agency.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree or 1+ years of related experience.
- Good attention to detail
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Experience in analysing and summarising large data sets
- Competency in excel and powerpoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication, plus presentation skills
- Strength in building relationships
- Motivation to work in a fast-paced, fun environment
- The ability to adapt to a changing environment quickly and easily
- The ability to problem solve
- Strong organisational skills and the able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Language – Thai and English. Chinese will be a plus
