Job Responsibilities :

• Define the product strategy and roadmap
• Deliver Business Requirement Document (BRD) for products with prioritized features and corresponding justification, and work closely with web designer and programmer to implement the products according to the BRD.
• Work closely with foreign partners on product design, optimization.
• Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
• Brief operation data analysts to help refine Product.

• Be energetic and passionate about internet product.
• Minimum of 2 years related experience for Product Development, minimum 5 years related experience for Product Manager
• Bachelor’s degree or above (MBA will be advantage)
• Have good leadership skills to supervise those involved with each stage in the development process
• Have the ability to focus on specific goals, Possess a creative way of thinking
• Demonstrated success defining and launching products
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to work under pressure
