Job Responsibilities and Qualifications :

Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing and communication strategies to engage the target audience.
  • Create and execute digital content plans for a multi-platform communication strategy that aligns with company and brand objectives.
  • Oversee digital campaigns and manage activities across various channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LINE OA, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Engage with social media platforms by producing daily materials, such as graphics, captions, planning a content calendar and monitoring platform performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies that enhance engagement, boost brand awareness, and drive campaign success.
  • Act as a liaison between teams to streamline communication and ensure alignment on processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, KOLs, agencies, and industry partners to enhance the company’s public profile.
  • Organize and execute marketing events, product launches, seasonal activities and year-round campaigns.
  • Demonstrate storytelling and community engagement skills through both written and visual communication.
  • Monitor social trends and key metrics on the company website.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute ad-hoc tasks as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Content Production, Media and Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years in marketing, communication, advertising, social media, or content creation, preferably in entertainment, FMCG, or creative industries.
  • Experience in both online and offline marketing, marketing communications, public relations, and brand management.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and web analytics is essential
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A keen interest in areas like social news, Chinese dramas, and K-pop entertainment is preferred.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
  • Multimedia production skills: content creation for web, scriptwriting, creative storytelling on social media, and video editing (preferred).
