Job Responsibilities and Qualifications :

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content strategies to increase followers, engagement, and community interaction across various platforms.
  • Plan and manage events, ensuring timely execution, budget adherence, and maximum visibility.
  • Deliver creative marketing communications to target audiences through appropriate channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely setup, execution, and dismantling of logistics for on-ground activations and events.
  • Create compelling social media content to enhance brand visibility and monitor performance metrics for continuous optimization.
  • Analyze social media metrics and campaign outcomes to identify trends and insights, improving strategies for maximum effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, marketing technologies, and best practices (both online and offline).
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to provide insights and recommendations for strategic planning.
  • Be familiar with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube, with a strong understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Demonstrate excellent copywriting and editing skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media and Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years in marketing, branding, PR, content creation, or event management—preferably in entertainment, FMCG, or creative industries.
  • Creative, proactive, team-oriented, with a positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • A strategic mindset capable of designing and executing impactful campaigns.
  • Familiarity with all social media platforms, including content creation and management.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • A strong network of PR and media contacts would be highly advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with a proven track record of managing multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media initiatives and content creation.
  • Multimedia production skills: scriptwriting, creative storytelling, producing engaging web content, and video editing (preferred)
